These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the MoonBull ($MOBU) presale and your use of our website and related services. By taking part in the presale or accessing any MoonBull platform features, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the presale or use our services.

1. General Overview

MoonBull ($MOBU) is an Ethereum-based, community-powered meme coin built to drive engagement and support ecosystem expansion. These Terms set out the rules for joining our presale and using any associated services. By purchasing $MOBU, you accept the risks inherent to cryptocurrencies and confirm you're complying with all relevant laws where you reside. MoonBull may amend these Terms at any time; we'll announce updates through our official channels.

2. Participation

The presale unfolds over 23 sequential stages, each designed to tighten supply and elevate excitement. It will conclude once all 23 stages have sold out. To participate, you must use a non-custodial wallet (for example MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, or similar) to ensure you control your private keys. All purchases are final, refunds or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. Purchased $MOBU tokens become claimable one hour after liquidity is added and locked on our chosen decentralized exchange.

3. Refunds & Allocation Responsibility

All presale purchases are final and non-refundable. Once $MOBU tokens are assigned to your wallet address, MoonBull has no authority to alter, cancel, or reassign those tokens. It is your sole responsibility to provide and safeguard the correct wallet address during purchase. Any requests for refunds, reversals, or modifications will be unequivocally declined.

4. Referral System Terms

When you purchase $MOBU worth $10 or more using a valid referral code, you will automatically receive a 15% token bonus.
The referrer's account is credited with 15% of the referee's purchased amount, added immediately in their dashboard.
Referral codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided; once linked to a wallet, they cannot be changed.
This process is fully automated and provided “as is” without warranties. If you do not receive your bonus, it indicates the code was not correctly applied at purchase, and MoonBull cannot manually adjust or reallocate referral rewards.

5. Wallet Responsibility & Security

You alone are responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, including private keys and seed phrases. If your wallet is compromised, whether through phishing, scams, or sharing sensitive information, MoonBull cannot recover lost funds or reassign tokens. All allocations are final, once $MOBU tokens are allocated to a wallet address, they cannot be canceled, reversed, or transferred to another wallet address. MoonBull disclaims any liability for losses arising from compromised wallets or user error.

6. Risks & Disclaimers

Investing in cryptocurrencies is inherently risky and subject to extreme price volatility, liquidity fluctuations, and regulatory changes. MoonBull makes no assurances of token value appreciation, ongoing liquidity support, or guaranteed listings on any exchange. We are not responsible for losses resulting from market downturns, technical failures, user mistakes, hacks, or regulatory actions. By participating, you acknowledge that you assume all risks and agree that MoonBull and its team bear no liability for financial losses or damages.

7. Token Usage & Limitations

Purchasing $MOBU does not confer any equity, ownership interest, or financial stake in MoonBull. Presale participants are not investors in the traditional sense and are not entitled to rights typically associated with securities, such as dividends, profit-sharing, or receipt of financial reports. MoonBull is under no obligation to provide ongoing audits, disclosures, or financial statements to token holders. The core team retains full authority over project development, partnerships, and strategic decisions. Holding $MOBU carries no guarantee of financial returns or distributions.

8. Amendments & Termination

MoonBull may revise or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via our official channels and reflected with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the presale or use of MoonBull services after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. MoonBull also reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the presale or related services for any user who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the MoonBull presale will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and MoonBull. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, any unresolved controversy or claim shall be submitted to the courts of the British Virgin Islands, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
